Crêchendo works with clients within the Early Years, Childcare and Playwork Sector to provide the optimum training solutions to develop people who care.
For more than 10 years, Crêchendo has successfully worked with local authorities, private and voluntary providers as well as a range of practitioners including nursery staff, childminders and Playworkers to deliver nationally recognised qualifications along with inspirational Inset days and short courses tailored to your needs.
All our trainers are recent practitioners in the field and are passionate about delivering a memorable and unique training experience. Our “professional but fun” approach ensures serious training messages are communicated in an engaging way.
We also offer a blended learning package to provide study flexibility through a combination of face-to-face knowledge workshops and e-learning.

We offer ILM Leadership & Management qualification courses from level 2
to level 5. |
Our Childcare qualification courses are delivered from Levels 1 – 3 on the new Qualification Framework (QCF).
