Crêchendo get top marks with independent inspections
Professionalism and commitment are key ingredients to continued success
26 November 2010 - Crêchendo, one of the UK’s most respected training organisations within the Early Years, Childcare and Playwork sectors is pleased to announce that it recently received high praise during its regulatory inspection visits by both CACHE and the ILM (Institute of Learning and Management).
CACHE reaffirmed that Crêchendo has maintained its Grade 1 status. This is the highest award possible for organisations running the CACHE qualification courses, which equip people with the skills and confidence to tackle all aspects of caring for and educating children and young people. Following an NVQ risk assessment and a review of portfolios of work, the Crêchendo team was complimented on their competence and commitment in general and towards supporting the progress of individual learners.
Secondly, the Institute of Learning and Management (ILM) followed suit, giving high praise to the team for their efficiency and professionalism. Of particular note was the support for learners, the management systems and commitment to continuing professional development (CPD).
Ruth Webster, CEO at Crêchendo says “At Crêchendo, we pride ourselves on the quality of our courses and on the service we provide, so it is very satisfying to have this independently recognised. To receive such positive feedback from both CACHE and the ILM is a tremendous achievement and is thanks to the dedication and professionalism by everyone at Crêchendo.”
