ILM Level 5 in Leadership and Management

We offer this highly flexible series of qualifications to help develop the leadership and management skills of practicing and aspiring middle managers.

We offer flexibility in taking a progression of qualifications, the Award, Certificate and Diploma. These include a blend of guided learning, tutorial support and work based assignments.

The Award consists of two mandatory units, 'Understanding the management role' and 'Assessing your own leadership capability and performance'. There is a minimum of 34 guided learning hours.

The Certificate builds and broadens your skills and knowledge. It includes the same two mandatory units and also you can choose to take additional units from a wide selection of options. There is a minimum of 90 guided learning hours.

The Diploma consists of four mandatory units including 'Leading Innovation and change' and 'Improving your own leadership performance through action learning'. You can then choose to complete the qualification with a range of optional units.There is a minimumof 168 guided learning hours.
