ILM Level 5 Award/Certificate/Diploma in Management

The ILM Level 5 Award/Certificate/Diploma in Management aims to give practising or potential managers a foundation for the formal development of this role.  This stepping stone approach offers a choice of level:

• the Award, minimum 34 guided learning hours
• the Certificate, minimum 90 guided learning hours
• the Diploma, minimum 146 guided learning hours

Participants will develop basic middle management skills and  the basic knowledge required to perform a management role.
