ILM Level 3 in Leadership and Management

We offer this highly flexible series of qualifications to help develop the leadership and management skills of practicing and aspiring first line managers.

We offer flexibility in taking a progression of qualifications, the Award, Certificate and Diploma. These include a blend of guided learning, tutorial support and work based assignments.

The Award consists of three mandatory units, problem solving and decision making techniques, exploring leadership styles and motivating and developing teams. There is a minimum of 30 guided learning hours.

The Certificate builds and broadens your skills and knowledge. It includes the same three mandatory units and also you can choose to take an additional three units from a wide selection of options. There is a minimum of 62 guided learning hours.

The Diploma consists of six mandatory units 'Understanding change', 'Planning change', 'Time management', 'An introduction to leadership', 'Effective team leading' and 'Developing leadership capability'. You can then choose to complete the qualification with a range of optional units.There is a minimumof 150 guided learning hours.
