ILM Level 2 in Team Leading

This flexible qualification is specifically for those already practising or aspiring team leaders. It is designed to give a solid understanding of the principles and practicalities of team leading. 

Crêchendo offers the concise Award (minimum 22 guided learning hours glh) and the broader more practical Certificate (minimum 65 glh). All learners are able to choose from a range of units to build up to their qualification. This flexibility assists you in taking a useful qualification that is most relevant to the work that you do. Both qualifiactions include the mandatory "Developing yourself as a team leader" which is an excellent starting point for all those seeking to grow within the role.
