28 November 2011 - Whilst we are renowned for our training courses and inset days, we also offer a number of other services. These range from consultancy and guidance on strategic plans, through to hands-on practical support at short notice.

For example, one Local Authority asked us to assist with the IQA for a childminding course, when their current person was unable to continue in the role. Similarly, we have stepped into the breach when learners have been unsatisfactorily supported. As part of one Local Authority's review project, we helped several NVQ learners whose Assessment Centres were unable to accommodate their needs.
