Here is a rough guide to these levels:
- Level 1 - Introductory level for people wanting to work within the industry.
- Level 2 - For people working under supervision.
- Level 3 - For people supervising others, planning and organising their own work.
- Level 4 - For experienced practictioners who are in a managerial role of a large or multiple setting or for those who are responsible for quality assurance in a setting.
